We had the salad bar for supper. It was pretty good. The servers are great though. They stayed on top of everything. Very clean.
I had given this place a 5 star awhile back. Since then, I have changed my rating, as i returned with 2 people, for a buffet... lunch. Now, they have downsized and re-vamped everything. So it was a small, almost saucersize plate for the buffet. Which was$4.99 PER trip, if you wanted more. We left, still not full and Basically, everything was overpriced and unimpressive. Since they brought the salad bar back we decided to eat in and it did not disappoint. We had the big box family meal. The... chicken Alfredo, salad, pizza, wings, and cheese bread were all really good. The service was excellent. We really enjoyedElizabeth. She was very attentive and fun. Read more
Ordered a large make your own drove 35 mins from saltville and I had ordered that plus a Alfredo pasta but wasn't told until I... got there they were out I understand but then get all the way home pizza is still so so raw and doughy in the middle from waytoo many toppings tried to put it in oven longer didn't work to me it seemed the topping hadn't been properly drained the blackolives,banana peppers and onions almost like someone just stuck their hand in the jar and just slung them all over the place itwas so bad wet it had leaked thru the box so bad it almost fell in the floor our chessestix we're so cold and hard it aboutbroke our teeth we paid almost 21.00 for that not counting the 10 in gas it cost me to drive there not sure we'll be back no onewas wearing gloves or hair nets either just very unprofessional and uncalled for like no care in the world and it wasn't evenbusy Read more
There was 1 occupied table and we still waited 15 minutes to order. Employees were yelling at one another which made a miserable... atmosphere to try to eat with family. Then one of the employees children came in with a grandmother....the grandmother wasallowed to go back in the kitchen with no hair cover, a wrist brace on with no gloves and make their own pizza. I was reallyhoping to get the salad bar since it opened back up and it had very limited options. We love pizza hut, but this will leave uslooking for other options for a while. Read more
I'm very disappointed. I asked and paid for extra sauce and cheese and received neither. Very dry and room temperature pizza.
