Do not go to this location they are so unorganized. Took them 20 mins to give me my main order, then they tell me to pill up for... my cheddar bites and fried pickles. Waited 10 mins more on them and no one ever came out so I called them and they told me tocome inside for a refund that the greese was cold. I wonder how long they would have made me sit outside waiting on an orderthey couldn't fulfill. They manager didn't even say sorry or anything. I won't be going back here again. Read more
The worst Zaxbys I have ever been to. All of the staff is rude. Dine in, carry out, online or drive through be prepared to wait... 30mins for a wrong order. Shift supervisors are just as unhelpful as the cashiers with just as nasty an attitude. Half the timethe dine in is closed because of ?being short staffed? with 3-4 cashiers crowding the drive through window. Honestly don?t knowwhy I even bother going. I don?t go often but when I do it is the worst experience ever and the food is rarely good because theycan never get my order right. But what can you expect from a franchise that doesn?t even have a customer care line for you tocall and report bad service. I wish I could give this place 0 stars? I sat in the drive through for almost 45 minutes and then an got home and my food was... all in them bag threw everywhere. They didn?t even wrap my sandwich, they just threw it in the bag. Do not eat here Read more
This location is in desperate need of a new manager. The one there now runs it like she owns it. Opens and closes at will. Opens... and closes the dining room at will. Nothing is run per Zaxbys standards. It says on the website for this location opens at10:30. You go in at 10:40 and she says were not even open yet. Stood there for 15 minutes still no service so walked out. Itssomething every time we try to eat there. Walk up to the door at 1:00 pm. Sorry dining room closed today drive through only. You look inside and there are three people working the window. Its not because they are short staffed. They just don't want towait on people inside. Very frustrating when you're pulling a work trailer and would like to wash your hands before eating. Theyneed a manager that follows protocol and doesnt think that things are run her way. Read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The people working here are lazy. They don't want to work to serve you they just... want to do nothing and collect a paycheck. They open later than they are supposed to. They close earlier than they are supposedto. When you go inside they will tell you the dining room isn't open or they just completely ignore you. Food was ready super fast. The young lady who took her order was very kind. The toast that came with our salad was actually... still crispy when we got it. Sometimes it's soggy at other Zaxby's. You might bring a light jacket if you don't like a colddining room. Read more

Sunday 9-4 2 hours before closing stopped to get 4 fingerz meal took 45 minutes ridiculous after waiting 10min for car infront... of me to get someone take order, she orders and guy says Fried or Grilled she answered he replied No Grill Chicken, so I finallyget to place my order? ?No Chicken Tenders??. ???? I was Stunned! What else Do Y?all have?? Then a girl comes on and says We?ll have to cook it! 6 minutes I?m like OH OK NO PROBLEM Sent me to park? so 15 minutes later I?m looking to see if anyone wascoming or I?d been forgotten about.
