Slackest McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. My order is always wrong! Can?t call and complain because their phone goes straight to a... voicemail that isn?t set up. Ain?t even worth one star. I stood there for 2 hours. Got ignored. People were that was behind me she was taking. It was like I... was a ghost nobody could see or hear me but I could see and hear them. The floor was so greasy that I was sliding just sittingthere. Then when she finally manage to take my order she kept walking away not to mention she had a rude attitude. Then she toomy order but it wasn?t in the screen because she didn?t let me pay before she walked off. It was filled with high school kidsthat were everywhere and rude. Waited 25 min for hash browns and 2 egg McMuffins, then another 15 for hotcakes (which should take maybe 2 min?). Total of 40... min wait. Asked for items repeatedly and was told ?it?s coming?. Same experience by 5+ other people standing and waiting in thesame boat. Won?t return. Read more
What you need to know. Check your bag for your food every single time you go there. I tested this by going in and ordering,... going through drive through and ordering off doordash and out of the 20 times i got the wrong food or missing food 18 timesbetween all three ways of ordering. Most of the people I encountered while going to this location are just rude. I really blamethat on management or even the owners. Train your people and really teach them to take pride in that job. Manager was extremely rude,busy but very very rude. she actually gave me the wrong food came out front and told me it belongs to... another girl and to give to her. After she told me to keep It...Then she proceeded to tell me the ordering machine was notworking right and let her know when I ordered...I had no clue I was supposed to let her know. My order is always wrong and they make you wait forever to get your food. Today I went and ordered a strawberry banana smoothie,... they didn?t tell us they were out or anything. They made us pull up and after a few minutes they walk out with a sweet tea. Shesays that she was told that we would take a tea instead of a smoothie.
