I have tried to eat from this restaurant 3 times and there's always been an excuse as to why I can't eat there by the employees.... I moved here about a month ago. First I tried to order online and it wouldn't let me. So I called and asked if I could place anorder and was told no ma'am u have to order online. Second I tried again on a different day and the employee said she couldn'ttake my order online....what If you'd had no access to internet?!!?!?? Makes no sense to me. And For the third time. We drove upthere this morning and went to go inside. The door was unlocked lights on and a paper on the door that states only parties of 2. Open 6am till 10pm. The lady stopped us as soon as we went to find a table and said they weren't serving till 7am. She wasfar from polite. Every time I've called up there they have been rude and acts like it's a problem to take an order. 3 strikesand your out. Who ever owns this place of business should really find better help. Because you have already lost 5 customers. Wewill take our money else where. Read more
Really like Huddle House but this place is a complete disaster. Parking lot is full of pot holes, dinning area was dirty.... Napkins and food on the floor. The place was infested with flies. Unbelievable. We walked in and have been sitting half hr and waiting while the one waitress didn't wait on us, she sat and... talked with a table she was taking order from. Just now the cook came over and said she was also the waitress and took ourorder. She said that waitress was off and had pulled a number of back to back shifts. ONE PERSON WORKING Read more
Most of our order was wrong this morning June 26 2022. There was some confusion on our part ordering however the staff was rude... and confused and playing loud music along with arguing in front of paying customers. Having to pay 46$ for the wrong food ispoor service. Read more
Parking lot full of pot holes. When we walked in there was rap/hip hop music pretty loud and the staff were not so quietly... singing along Horrible service. Horrible food. Couldn't even eat my food. It was smothered/drenched in some kind of hotsauce. The waitress didn't greet us, seemed high on something, had a pretty big hickey on her neck. After she gave us ourfood she was behind the counter and started talking about her ingrown toe nail loud enough that anyone in the restaurant couldhear. Went for dinner with out of town family. One waitress on which was fine we didn't mind waiting. Waitress paid no attention to... who cam e in when and sat where so after 30 min of watching her behind the counter she finally went to start taking orders. After an hour of waiting and watching people that came in after us place there order and still not having our order taken weleft. For less amount of money we went to the store bought everything and made our own breakfast for dinner. Read more
No waitress was available and other staff members refused to wait tables (there were 2 total). We would have had to wait an hour... just for the waitress to show up and take our order. We also were a party of two and there was a table with 4 people that hadfood and no one else there. The cook and another woman behind the counter waited for the waitress to come in. Only came to ourtable to give menus then we overheard them talking and saying that it would be an hour before an order was taken so we walkedout! Very poor service! Y'all need to clean up your act. Usually pretty good rather to go or dine in. Even during covid still pretty good. Yet today found out no specials for you if... military or seniors or your birthday. Our hashbrowns were very crisp and almost burnt for me and my daughter. Bacon burnt withblack on edges. It USED to be really good when we ate here early 2019 and in 2018. Idk why it's so bad NOW. Waitress I had wassuper nice it wasnt her but the food and the day cooking the 31st well it was NOT good at all. Wont go back anytime soon. I willdrive to florence and go to waffle house before I eat here UPDATE: We waited months and gave them another chance. With new staffit got better and we bacame regulars. Quite a few staff knew us and our order. Well today 9/8 that will be no more. They willhave lost regular customers due to the nastiest rudest lady working today between 11am12pm. I placed online order, And 30minslater it still wasn't done. She got very nasty about how they will get to it when they get to it, she ain't scared to cussnobody, and they not skipping tickets for nobody regular customer or not. Now all I did was ask if my online order came throughand how much longer would it be. I didn't get nasty even though we waited so long I know they under staffed. She is NOT one ofthe staff that we know from our regular orders. She need to be let go. She has a very nasty attitude.even another man who was aregular walked out because she got nasty with him!
