Horrible service, was in the drive thru for 25 minutes, along with rude employees. talking around at the window. along with it i... waited so long in the drive thru and the guy was rushing to get my order ?is that all? after everything i said, when i said forsomething ?we don?t have that, that?s mcdonald?s? when i asked for a coffee. didn?t have anything we asked for. went to dunkin?donuts in black mountain and they had the ?old fashioned? donut holes, didn?t have them at this location?? also didn?t have anysprinkles?? Husband ordered 2 of the tomato pesto sandwiches. He said there was some ?back & forth? between the employees present,... ??regarding specific ingredients. Looking back, he said that should have been his first clue!! When he got home we each had an?open faced? sandwich- single slice of toasted bread, spread with pesto & topped with tomatoes. According to the menu & ourexpectations- each sandwich was supposed to have 2 slices of toasted bread (plus the before mentioned pesto spread & tomatoes)AND melted cheddar cheese. This is obviously not appropriate service, and suggests that employees are not adequatelytrained. Also one cannot call the store to alert the manager of issues. Read more
horrible place. the staff is rude, the management is even worse. don?t come here expecting decent human interaction or even for... your order to be correct. if you decide to go inside and have your order corrected, be sure you?re ready to hear the stafftalking poorly about you. Women's toilet seat was VERY loose & toilet paper ???? dispenser was broken. When I showed both to worker she said it had been... that way for a while, but she was afraid to try to fix anything because she might break it. No reason that 4 female workerscould not have reported needed repairs to manager the 1st day notice!!! I was with three 80+ year Olds that DID NOT NEED TO FALLOFF TOILET & BREAK HIP. I did a temporary fix on toilet paper dispenser. The bolts on the seat could have been hand tighteneduntil the manager brought in a wrench. Food was fine. Read more
I have spent my last dollar in this place. Went for coffee and other items the other day. The server literally handed me cold... coffee. When asked if he had hit coffee, I was told the heating element was out and he knew he was serving it like this. What ajoke. Always an issue with this location. Management obviously don?t care. Nothing has been fixed after several complaints. Thenthe cashier tried telling me he didn?t know how to do a refund. ??? Really??? Read more
I feel like we have given this location multiple attempts to redeem themselves, but it just seems to get worse, instead of... better. Multiple cold coffees, instead of hot. Stale donuts. And horrible customer service. Management needs to take note of howhorrible this location is. We are not a family that usually leaves bad reviews, and have tried many times to hope they improve,but they fail miserably. Read more
I made my order and had to correct the lady about my drink. No big deal. Sometimes they can't hear what you said over the... intercom. I get to the window and pay. I get my food. When the lady hands me my drink it's the wrong size. Again. Not a bigdeal. I explained that I wanted a large and not a small. I hear in the background another lady (the one who took my order) say Iwas lying and she asked me twice what I wanted. I'm mad at this point because she asked twice and the first time she got theentire drink wrong. It wouldn't have been a big deal if she hadn't called me a liar. Then when I get the correct drink....it'scold and you can barely taste the Chai in it. I've been here multiple times and each time seems to get worse. I won't be goingback. Read more
