The order was incorrect. We ordered a "cheddar style burger" that had no cheddar on it. The coke was a diet coke. The girl at... the window did not say thank you once. She literally tossed the bag at us again without any thank you or polite acknowledgementat all. We waited 19 minutes from the time we ordered to the time our order was given to us. Never going back. 8/4/22. Do not go to this Cook Out. This place needs to be shut down. Don't even get a Milk Shake there. Mine was handed to... me and the cup looked like it had dirt and almost looked like dip spit on it and was just strait up Nasty. Also found two hairsin the Milk Shake. You could tell the hair was purposely put into the Shake. This is not the first time I've had a issues therebefore, and thinking it might be better went back against my better judgment. If you have a family or care for your healthDo!!! not!!! Go to this Cook Out. Corporate needs to shut it down if they can't fix the issues there before someone gets sickfrom the unsanitary food. Huge improvement on the food. Staff is more friendly. New management has taken over. Jefferson (new manager) is a great guy and... is really proving that he really cares about his job and the quality of what he serves to his customers. This restaurant ischanging for the better!! Read more

If you want anything more than a milkshake go somewhere else. My food order is only right about 1/5 times. Even after it being... repeated. My drink was correct on my ticket but wasn?t given the right drink. I?ve given multiple chances and blamed it on shortstaff multiple times without leaving a bad review but there?s a point where it just becomes carelessness. The only positive Ihave is their workers are always nice. Which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Read more
Had the Cajun wrap and fries. Good stuff. Wish we had one back home. The peanut butter banana shake really topped it off.
Amazed with the high quality fresh beef, fresh buns and fresh onions. Truly fantastic quality. The onions are great onions, and... the ground beef is possibly the freshest I've ever had, no lie, but my burger was made poorly. The bottom bun was soggy... You'dthink the onion would be under the patty. Is mashing the burger flat a regular practice? It looks run over. Jasmine was the onlyone with a mask. I saw no one with gloves. Really tired of the anti-vax, anti-mask atmosphere. Would give 4 stars if it wasn't ahealth risk. Don't know who thought proverbs on the bag was a good idea but that didn't work for forever twenty one. A littleresearch would show just how cynical people can be about it. The food was pretty good, especially at 230 am. They did forget to give us our fries and drink, but gave them to us as soon as... it was mentioned. I will definitely go back and recommend them to anyone that likes good food.... but there wasn't a good placeto take a dump. So if you need to make a plop plop best take it somewhere else. Read more
