Last 3 times I've been here food was old and cold. If employees want 15 an hour maybe they could make food fresh instead of over... cooking and holding it until it sells! I'm sure I'm not the only person who would rather wait a few minutes for hot, fresh food. Read more
Ordered 2 sausage and egg biscuits. Almost $7. I could see a girl walk over to the boy who was putting it together as I pulled... up and paid. Just thought I better look once I got it. Sausage was OLD. Had to be cooked at least 6 hours ago. Size of a fiftycent piece and dried out. Eggs were runny and the biscuit looked like it had been torn apart by a 3 year old. Pulled around andwent in. Told them it looked terrible. They threw in the trash and offered to make me a new one. The one girl was very nice. General manager came out to show how to do a refund but never said anything to me. AWFUL!! My wife goes by periodically to tryand get chicken dinners but most of the time they don't have any fried. Isn't this suppose to be a chicken place along withbreakfast. Needs a lot of work. Starting at the top. Won't be back. EVER. Read more
If I could rate 0 stars I would. These folks tell you , the wait for your order will be 15 minutes, 25 minutes later, they bring... your food out. They really didn't want to make a 12 piece dark meal so they tell you it will be a short wait, when the matte isand what they should have said is we DON'T want to do that. The green beans are good, but there is a spoon of green beansfloating in a pint of liquid. Terrible Read more
What's not to love about any Bojangles?! Great food at a great price. And can we just talk about that pimento cheese biscuit for... a minute ???? But, this one in particular is amazing because of its friendly employees!! You can't ask for better service! Read more
Just went by there, they forgot the gravy for mashed potatoes, the egg on a egg biscuit was overdone/about burnt. Ordered the... chicken supreme box, and the tenders were the size of chicken nuggets, and seasoning fries had no seasoning on them. Even askedfor Honey mustard for the chicken and they forgot that. Received my order via Doordash and it's all wrong. Never received the boberry biscuits, just sprinkles and icing on two biscuits... and my steak biscuits didn't get the extras I asked for. Read more
