Waited in drive thru cuz reasturant was closed. Sat there for 40 minutes. Would have left but the engineering of the parking lot... made that impossible. Driver in front of me fell asleep, one of the reasons it took so long. Finally got food went home.Sandwiches were completely reversed in every tangible way. Veggis from one to the one to the other. Dressing was reversed.Sprite was straight seltzer. They cant help the driver having fell asleep but they can help getting every single step of thesandwich on the wrong bread. Read more

I just went through the drive thru and my order was sooo messed up. Tried calling them and it goes to voicemail ???????? My moms... sandwich was cold when we asked for heated the bread (herbs and cheese) wasn?t completely done!! I ordered a protein bowl anddidn?t even get everything in the bowl I asked for!! This infuriates me to no end considering at two different times in my lifeI have wore a Subway uniform!! Will not go here again!! Read more

Rude service tonight on the phone when ordering food. Called and kept on hold, server behaved like he had better things to do... than work and take our order of 2 sandwiches and one pizza. Pretended he was unable to hear on the phone. Blew twice in the airbeing obnoxious when order was picked up. Should have just left it all but then that would have put us on his level. If hedoesn't want to work then give the job to someone who does. I work hard and so does my husband. We don't deserve to be treatedrudely in this manner. No one does. Hopefully management will read this and reprimand so it doesn't happen to futurecustomers. Not sure we will visit this particular Subway again. ???? Read more
