The staff were amazing but if you like to eat with flies, no way to wash your hands in the bathroom, flat soda, this is your... place to go. The bathrooms were disgusting, the water at the sink was just a trickle, I don?t know how they even wash theirhands. Hopefully there?s a sink in the back for employees. The tables were clean though. Nice friendly staff even with it beingso hot in the kitchen you can feel the heat at the counter. Whoever manages this should just do all around better job atmaintaining a nice, clean and safe work environment for their employees. Read more
First of all, rolls are literally from yesterday. Second, when you order the famous bowl it comes with a drink, one roll and a... cookie. All I got is the bowl and a drink. If I could give one star I would! Needless to say Corporate and health will be contacted first thing in morning! Went through... drive through at 830 pm and food was ice cold and chicken was rock hard. Went back in and was told their kitchen closed at 8,restaurant doesn't close until 10pm!!! Many bad reviews here. I have had too orders missing's items since drive thru only has been established. Order 12 pieces... received 8. Potatoes and no gravy. Owner can see the reviews, Owner does not care. My money have left the building only....never to return to Marion, Ia. KFC. Read more
Ordered a meal with the fries replaced for mac & cheese. They added mac & cheese to my order, and didn't replace the item. I... corrected this at the window and gave them my card & receipt to refund the order, they asked for my fries since I didn't pay forthem. They didn't give me a refund receipt which I thought was strange so I confirmed with my bank; they never refunded me formy order. They charged me twice so they could give me a receipt that looked correct lol. $20 for a bowl of mac and cheese. Read more
Empty except one car. Waited almost 10 minutes. Guy at window (white, larger) was really rude, both over the Intercom, and at... the window. Other guy was really cool (AfricanAmerican, shorter). Kinda tried to make up for the other guy. Thanks, but idk ifI'll be back. And I had grease soup in my bowl. Ew Read more
The inside of this facility reminded me of somebody?s abandoned garage. Tables were dirty and the kitchen was a mess. I ordered... the chicken sandwich which consisted of a very large portion of Kentucky Fried Chicken and tasted ok, but the sandwich wasalmost as disheveled as the kitchen. Just say no to this place. Went inside and the place was filthy. The woman who took my money used her hand to smash a fly on the... counter and made no effort to sanitize her hand or the counter. Just made my change like nothing ever happened. I took the foodh9me and fed what I could to the dog. Absolutely disgusting. Read more
