Ordered from the app and when I pulled up the lady goes, we aren't taking orders our system is down. When I responded with, I... have a mobile order she was able to pull it right up. So it doesn't seem like the system was down. She then didn't give me thefull order and made it seem like I was an inconvenience to her. Sadly they often get our orders wrong. By the time we get home and are ready to chow down it's to late. Learn from me and check.... Wen u ask for sumthn on the side it should be. Maybe 3 outta 10 times they got it rite. I just ended up giving up ???? ????... There used to be this shorter big guy named Brandon I think that worked there a few years back. Went to get breakfast, the lady in the drive thru was completely rude when I asked for a moment to get my order together. Once I... said I was ready she said ?great I said order whenever your ready so I?ve just been waiting on you.? Once I got my ordertogether she said some person came through and ordered all the breakfast (no problem it happens) and wanted to know what else Iwanted. I'm not one to rate fast food establishments but we have been nothing but disappointed at this Taco Bell. About a month ago, my... husband and I went through the drive thru around 9:30 AM and waited at the menu to order for at least 5 minutes with no oneanswering. There was a car in the parking lot, lights were on, an employee was sitting in the lobby, and their doors werelocked. The sign on the door days they open at 8 AM. We went to the next nearest Taco Bell and had no problems at all, so Iignored it and moved on. Today, my husband and I again go through the drive thru at 8:45 AM and wait at the menu to order and noone is answering. Again, a vehicle in the parking lot, lights are on in the lobby, and the sign still shows it opens at 8 AM. Idon't know what's going on with this Taco Bell location but I know they have to be losing more than just our business. Read more
Taco Bell is the worse, they never have what you want but it?s one of those places that stays opened late and you really have no... choice if it?s late. Sometimes it isn?t too bad but for the most part Taco Hell is my nemesis! Read more
I ordered a chicken power bowl with no rice or tomatoes & extra chicken. I didn't get extra chicken, nor did I get the beans or... guacamole. It was a pretty skimpy bowl for $6. I wasn't made aware of any ingredients they may have been out of so I'm not surewhy it looked the way it did. There was hardly any cheese - this bowl didn't take up half of the container. I also didn't getnapkins or the sauce I asked for. It was a pretty disappointing visit. Read more
They always forget to give us food we ordered. They jam all the orders in one bag so it's difficult to see if they forgot... something and they gave us 37 sauce packets!!!! We didn't ask for sauce!!!!. If you go to this establishment ask for your mealsin separate bags because they gonna forget something. Read more
