Nice local BBQ. Great selection of smoked meats and sides. Service is quick and attentive. Food is very good at a reasonable... price. I had a turkey sandwich with Mac and cheese, and a side of corn bread. Very good sandwich, meat was moist and flavorful,didn't need to put sauce on it. Mac was also very good. Cornbread was decent. My wife and I shared the sampler. Was actually called something else but it was good. Wife liked her turkey leg. Wings were... really good. The ribs we got in the sampler was pretty small and had lot of cartilage pieces. If your wanting ribs I'd probablyjust go with full slab of ribs. We will be back to give the ribs a try. Had a birthday dinner with the family and everyone enjoyed the food. Will definitely be back. Had the 2 meat 2 sides platter... with brisket and pulled pork, fries and Mac-n-cheese. Added cornbread and then topped it off with Pecan cake that was delicious(my Aunt tried to steal all of it)! Read more
Obi's is by far the best barbecue place i have had! I highly suggest the mac n cheese pulled pork bowl it is AMAZING! Also dont... forgot to try they're famous corn bread you will fall in love with it! Must try family friendly great environment all aroundfantastic experience will come back again and again! Read more
I'm excited to have a different restaurant choice in downtown Marion and Obi's fits right in. We found the atmosphere fitting... for this type of eatery and I enjoyed my beef brisket sandwich (if you look at the picture, know that I asked for the bbq sauceon the side). We will be back for more. This place is clean, fun, and new... and I'm looking forward to see how they develop. Lots of parking available from any of the nearby parking lots or street spaces. I got the brisket nachos. And corn bread. The corn bread was dry. But good. The nachos were not bad. Maybe more meat less... cheese. Overall I would say a 8.5 I will be back again!! Read more
