The way this Jimmy Johns is currently run I wouldn't waste my time!!! Waiting 10 to 15 in a drive thru to be told "Just a... moment" twice is ridiculous. After getting sick of waiting I decided to go inside where I see 0 customers and 7 employees inuniforms. 4 behind the counter and the manager attending to 2 more seated at booths. I ask for the manager and told her thatI've been waiting in the drive thru for an excessive amount of time. Instead of doing her job professionally she insisted on"accommodating me", which she repeated several times unprofessionally. I said that I don't want to be accommodated I want themto their jobs and do them like professionals. For a manager to think she is going to "handle" me or her customersdisrespectfully for her incompetence is insane. You are the manager and all of those employees are your responsibility,especially if they aren't doing their jobs. Your employee interjecting her comments into our conversation was also very rude,unprofessional, disrespectful, etc. By the way there is no making up to for bad service, rudeness, disrespectfulness, etc. Evenif you snidely repeat "Have a nice day" while making excuses for your wrongdoings!!! To the owner if you only knew how yourstore was being run and who you have running it you would be very unhappy!!! I left and won't be returning. Good luck to youall and you all have a nice day! Today, it was just myself and my husband in there midday. We waited at the register, until a little lady came to take our order.... The music in there was sooo loud, I could barely hear the person at the register, or hold a conversation. I asked anotheremployee to turn the music down abit...she gave me a stank-face and a "sure" and then went and turned it down to tolerablelevel. A short time later, the station switched and became very loud and foul, so we left. Also, there was no toilet tissue andtwo empty packing boxes in front of the commode, in the ladies bathroom. They corrected this. The food was good, but theatmosphere entirely bitter. We won't go back for awhile. Read more
Sandwiches were great, but I waited at least 5 minutes before my payment was taken.
My favorite sandwich shop. Always clean, friendly staff. Lunch was delicious. Kyle is awsome!
I think Jimmy John's bread is really good but the veggie options are lacking compared to Subway, especially since they did away... with the bean sprouts. The bacon is precooked and not crispy at all, not raw but not very good if you prefer crisp bacon. Thislocation's dinning area is typically clean and the service has always been quick and friendly for me. Read more
Someone in town at the Meijer told me this jimmy johns locAtion was good. The staff was friendly we joked around with each... other. Food was very good I did a turkey Tom lettuce wrap with pickle and the jalapeño kettle cooked chips. All were great. Read more
The bread was a little tough today but this is not usually the case. I'll definitely keep going.
