Had to come back to town to talk to my Uncles, and stopped by here otw to the airport. This place has shown so much improvement... since the last time I've visited! The main dishes were OK. The item my wife wanted although posted on the menu was discontinued. Our salads were far from freash.... The trash area was gross! I'm not sure what happened but it looked like a whole plate of food all over the floor. No one wascleaning it up and it stayed that way for most of our meal. I'm sorry some of your clientele are so disgusting but this messshould have been dealt with much quicker. Read more
My wife and I use to eat her atleast 2 times a month, today we came and brung our daughter they told us as soon as we walked in... we would need to leave in an hour due to be understaffed. I understand being understaffed but why make a paying customer leave?Why not just close the lobby down and we can leave when done. And that?s the worst part I paid $10.59 for baked spaghetti andusually it?s a very big meal today it came in a very little metal tray something my daughter would get full off of, I?m verydissatisfied and will not be coming back at all! We lost electricity after a storm went through Marion on 7-23-22 & decided Fazoli's sounded good. We got home our food was still... hot & tasted delicious! Will definitely be going back soon. Read more

So I haven't been there in years but now you order at the front desk like McDonald's, there are no menus. We had to go and get... our own forks our own drinks. The server brought our food and that was the last time we seen her.they ask you to give a tipbefore you even get your food and I did tip but I shouldn't have cause there was no server after out food. My food wasn't thatgood either. So I can safely say this is not a good place for a date. Also they said unlimited bread sticks and we only got 4 ofthem and they never came back out to even ask if we wanted more. Read more
