Given my experience at so many of the local fast-food places, this one is a refreshing experience. I am waited on promptly; the... food is prepared with care and the staff are friendly. Good fast food joint don't order mustard on your sandwich not unless you like it they seem to put to much on it
Ordered 2 #3 impossible value meals in drive thru. We left and realized they gave us double whopper meals instead. I went back... in and gave them old sandwiches and requested the impossible sandwiches. Manager said its going to take some time we have tomake them fresh. I waited and watched order after order being made off screen. Finally the drive thru employee noticed me andradio the status of the impossibles. They forgot about me. Manager handed me my order Finally and said sorry about your wait. Iguess these places don't offer coupons anymore. I believe the double whoppers cost more than the impossible so I got screwed. Manager should be fired for the language used toward another employee which could be heard in the dinning room. Mananager told a... male employee to dry the tears from his vigina and quit complaining about his job. Manager was poorly dressed and in my opinionlooked like a slob. I was surprised that this person could be consider a Manager. Very poor Manager skills. There were 7 cars in the drive thru and I parked and went in instead but they took care of everyone in the drivthru before... getting my things ready and I spent 18 dollar and Chang and had to wait nearly 15 minutes in the store. I was not pleased. Read more
I took my granddaughter out to eat, we went inside, we waited 10 minutes at the register, they employees were in the back... laughing, having a good one with each other, seen us waiting at the register, and NEVER CAME TO TAKE OUR ORDER !!!!!! We left ,and we will NOT be going back . We were the only customers, inside and there wasn't even a car at the drive thru. Managementneeds to work with this crew, because they have NO manners. I have always loved there ham and cheese croissant, STILL DO! My wait in the drive thru was well over 15 minutes then I couldnt... believe how expensive it was. I know prices are up everywhere, I know it is hard to find employees I KNOW I KNOW however commathe combination of the 2 just made my croissant not so great! Read more
