Wanted to get some sandwiches, the lady said it would be a moment, no problem I'm not in a hurry. But 15 min later and she still... didn't come back, I got annoyed and walked out. Very unprofessional. You should probably talk to your employee about that. Read more
After waiting for a min for someone to acknowledge us in line, two girls came up to the front and continued to mess with their... phones before even greeting the customer ahead of us. They were giggling while one was trying to get the other to look atsomething on her phone. Phones are quite dirty also, but they then proceeded to fumble around with the sandwich gloves withoutwashing their hands after handling the phone. The two girls in there were so friendly and professional. They thanked me for being nice and I couldn't believe they felt the... need to say that. The area must have some pretty mean customers. I was greeted with a sigh, and when I was helped the lady roller her eyes at me and seemed upset and she was aggressive with how... she was handling the food.
