We found this place by accident when driving by to see a home in Palm Coast. We stopped by, had a great experience (food, staff,... setting... all A+) and went to see the house. We loved the house and when telling others about it we found ourselveshighlighting *the beachside coffee bus up the road* as one of our favorite things about our new home! Several months later itremains a TOP highlight! I\'ve yet to have anything on the menu I don\'t like but the Avocado toast is the best I\'ve ever had.Ever. The staff couldn\'t be better. A beautiful Oceanside food truck with very good food. I was pleasantly surprised at how good their breakfast was. I had the... avocado toast and my partner had the breakfast sandwich. Both were very good and well priced. They also have good local icecream and popsicles with traditional and also unique flavors. I will definitely be going back. It?s nicely located by theentrance to the beach so it makes for a nice outing filled with beautiful views, great service and good food. Read more
