10/17/21 We absolutely loved having Achatz as the caterer for our wedding. Everything we tried during the tasting was amazing... they gave generous amounts as well, the only tough part was choosing what we wanted on the menu! They are very friendly,flexible, and everything you want when working with a company. We ordered Thanksgiving to-go, it was wonderful! The portions were plentiful (we ordered 8 plates, but got everything in foil... serving pans instead), and the heating instructions were easy to follow. It was a bit tricky cooking everything in one oven atthe same time with different cooking temps, but we did some quick math, and tried to wing it. The stuffing was the only thingthat didn't turn out well, the texture was off, but the flavors were still there! I can't blame them for it, it could've beensomething we did in the cooking process. Your pumpkin pie was my husband's favorite, and he's not a big fan of it usually. Thestaff was so friendly and helpful when picking up. They even insisted on helping load the food in my vehicle.
