The first time I visited this location, the baristas did a wonderful job making my drinks. Recently, though, the quality has... significantly decreased. I paid $7.00 for a drink, so I expect it to be made right. Read more

Regular Starbucks experience. Quiet, clean store with hard working and friendly staff. Always love the smell of the place.

Because I frequently stop at Ralph?s for food in the morning, I often get coffee at the Starbucks within Ralph?s instead of... going 10 doors down to the actual Starbucks store in the shopping center, for the sake of convenience. However, the service andquality at the Starbucks in Ralph?s (#279) is so terrible that I cannot justify spending any more time and money for tepid, burned coffee from innatentive and unfriendly employees. Nearly every time I?ve been I?ve stood at the counter waiting while thebarista chats with other employees, and when they have to stop their conversation to serve me they have a poor attitude becauseof the ?interruption.? Then the coffee I?m served is barely warm. This has happened so consistently that I?ve decided to avoidthe convenience altogether and make the extra trip for coffee elsewhere. Better to go through McDonald?s or somewhere else wherethe hassle is at least worth what you get. These are first world problems, I know, but there?s no excuse for that level ofdisappointing service and quality. Read more
