The servers are really sweet and the restaurant is a great location and super cute decor. Unfortunately the pho is just not... good. Broth tasted like water/flavorless, meat was tough, and it was a $20 dollar bowl of soup since they include an 18 percentgratuity charge. I hope they make some improvements in the future. Read more

It was our first time here and we were not disappointed!! The soups were really good and really big potion. The lemonade was... fresh and cold. My (now) husband and i have been coming here since they opened. We were not even dating, and now we are married and it s our... SPECIAL PLACE. THE FOOD IS AMAZING, THE PEOPLE SO SWEET. This place left some mixed feeling for us. From one standpoint everything was pretty good, but at the same time there were... issues in everything. First of all, it takes a very long time for the food to be brought because there was only one waiter, andpractically every table was taken. Second, it was very cold inside, but the waiter did turn of the conditioner. The waiter wasnice, just slightly inattentive because he was alone. The soups were brought in giant buckets (we have been finishing thesesoups for three days), and overall they were okay. Wonton soup was very good. Tom Yum was too spice even in medium, one seafoodsoup was way too sour, but seafood pho was pretty good. Wonton shrimps were good. In conclusion, we don't like giving outanything less than fives, since we always appreciate the effort, but this place has some room for growth and improvement. Read more

Will go again - So...I have been out of my foodie reviews because it has been quite busy. I recently moved to Los Angeles from... Dallas and also started a new job. Lots of new things in my life recently. Tonight...I found a new favorite pho spot; well, theonly one I had in LA so far. My how I was surprised on how rich the pho broth was. A perfect blend of umami, salty, savory, andginger! This was a bit new. Normally, I don't think I had ginger in my pho broths. If it did, the evidence was not visible. Theseafood was plentiful with large sized shrimps that looked like lobsters because they were so big...okay, bit exaggerated. Itwas a fresh dish to see the seafood including fish. Normally, this was not included in my seafood phos. I always try to get Thaiiced tea when it is available...one of my favorite drinks. As I was feeling under the weather, this broth jumped my immunesystem! The exterior is a bit run down but the interior has a very "hole in the wall" vibe and casual. Good place to just winddown with a friend or...maybe a date. They say they have a parking lot but...consider it non-existent. It can fit 2 cars but if1 parks by the entrance...good luck. It doesn't look fancy from the outside, but the food is really good! The menu is huge. Wish I could try more dishes. The peanut... sauce with the coven satay is yummy, and the pho broth was one of the best I have had. The beef in the pho was a bit chewy.Maybe I should have ordered pho with raw steak instead. Driving around Marina Del Ray noticed this new PHO MdR spot ???? had to stop by. I love the Chicken Satay , Spring Roll , last... but not least PHO Rear Steak the broth is so delicious. Thank you for the recommendation will be back again.????? Read more
