The food was delicious. We ordered two bowls and they were so good! The guy who served was the best. He explained everything to... us and offered suggestions when we needed them. He guided us through the process of making our bowl and it was definitely apositive experience with great food. The only sad part is that I don't live in Marina to come here more often :) The fish wasfresh and it was a very generous portion! (I picked the large) Definitely not the cheapest but for quality and service like thisI will come back anytime Next time I am in the area I will definitely stop by for a poke here ! The freshness of the fish was OK, but the people working there are very weird, counted the little cubes of fish as well as the... veggies, their portions are very very small, and if you ask them to put more, they charge 3 dollar extra. Definitely NOT goingback there Read more
I didn't like my order, it was too strong and bitter, the customer service, barrista, was very nice and accommodating, remade... the cup of coffee drink I ordered, with different portions,but I still was not a fan of whatever that special was. 5stars forbarrista, and 2 for drink, however I am not a coffee drinker! Poké House has a lot going for it. I've only been here once, so far, and the experience was very satisfying. I built a... "regular" size bowl with three scoops of protein, sushi rice, house sauce, some toppings, and they also added some krab as abonus protein which is a nice plus. Then I added a spicy aioli and ended up with a tasty lunch bowl for $ 9.50. The staff isvery friendly and they are also patient with the newbies who haven't done this before. Although I've done something similar, andwas comfortable with the process, it's nice to see that they are so helpful. Plenty of tables in a clean restaurant, parking iseasy in the shopping center lot, and overall a very good experience. We will be back! Read more
