Napoli?s Pizza pizzas are very delicious and they have been around since 1966. Their pizza sauce is what did it for me. It was... flavorful, sweet, and tasty. I got a large extra cheese pizza and it very good. They offer a variety of sizes and other fooditems as well. I called to have my order delivered and it was delivered faster than what I expected. I've now had two major issues occur while ordering pick-up from Napolis. In both cases, I ordered their individual sized... spaghetti w/ cheese. The first issue occured when they bagged the food so poorly that greese escaped the container, and ruinedthe bag. When I went to pick it up to take inside, the entire bag ripped open, spilled even more greese and fell onto theground, spilling open. When I called to complain, they did nothing to fix the issue. $11.00 wasted and a messed up carseat. The second issue was when I placed an order for pickup at their Marietta location, and the associate incorrectly placedthe order at the Vienna location. When I went to pick up the food is when I learned of this, and had to wait 20 minutes for themto remake the food. I paid and went home. I attempted to order again today and was told I cannot until I pay the ~$11 for theunpicked up order at Vienna. I am not responsible for their associates incorrectly placing an order, and will not pay anadditional $11 for an issue that was not my fault. The food is fine, but this is clearly a business that has no issues withtheir clients having bad experiences, and making them waste money on their mistakes. Horrible experience overall. Read more
ordered two regular subs from the Marietta Ohio location. I received these. One is clearly a half of a large sub cut in half and... the other has nothing inside of it and was not cooked.Do not order from this location! They are mediocre trash Read more
Traveling from Cleveland Ohio, stopped in with a few buddies while passing thru. Dude here was working alone and just pumped out... a pizza and 3 sandwiches in 10 minutes. Amazing pizza, amazing food, perfect customer service. Update ??? still craving thispizza?. I seriously can?t stop talking about it. I?m so willing to drive the 3 hours just for a slice. I ordered 4 subs through the call center. She even repeated the order back to me. We waited for well over an hour when the... location is less than 3 mins from the hotel. Then they only delivered 3 sandwiches!! Driver said that was all there was on thereceipt. Said we could order another one if we wanted by calling them again. Seriously!! We ordered a chicken sub and a meatball sub from this location while in town visiting family. The delivery person had it at our... hotel door in very little time. I thought it was a little too costly until I tried the food. The subs were definitely worth theprice. The bread they use is fabulous and the meatballs were perfect. We also ordered some cheesecake and it was so delicious. Iwill definitely order again the next time we are in town. Read more
Great place to get pizza that is homemade for a great price. We love this pizza. Napoli's offers a "giant" size pizza. We can... buy 2 of these for a family of 6 and still have a few left over (which we enjoy the next day). They also offer sandwiches,salads and spaghetti. Be sure to check out the menu. Read more
Placed an order for 2 items this evening from the Marietta Location. Spent close to $33 altogether including delivery. Delivery... guy showed up, handed me one of the items I ordered, then proceeded to take off so I shouted "Hey you forgot my sub". He actedlike he didn't believe me saying "it's not in the bag?" (which it wasn't) so he looked at my receipt and told me he'd be back.Almost 30 minutes had passed and he hadn't shown up. Called and the manager told me they were in the process of making it andthey'd get it out to me. I asked if I could be refunded for the sub for the poor experience. She said she couldn't but she couldgive me her general managers number. I told her to forget it and hung up. 10 minutes after that the delivery guy showed up withthe sub. opened up the packaging and It looked like it was just thrown together poorly. This business used to be known forquality but that is certainly not what you receive from the Marietta location anymore. I likely will not be ordering from themagain for a long time. Read more
