Refuses to give refund for order we didn't receive! We placed a mobile order. When we got to the store, they said they had lost... power (lightning strike) and couldn't cook the food. He got our info and claimed he would refund our money. He never did. Ifinally called the number on their website and they insisted we'd have to get a refund at the store. I called the store and evenwent to talk to the manager, but she refuses to give me a refund and claims I'll have to take it up with corporate. Read more

Tonight was a fantastic experience here. They were incredibly professional and fast! Really awesome people working tonight and... clearly very prepared. I use to go to this Zaxby's a lot when I lived in that area, I moved two years ago. I've never had a problem with the food... before but today the food was not good the salad was warm, the ranch dressing was warm, the tomatoes where that dark red thatthey get when they are left out and not covered up!
