Refuses to give refund for order we didn't receive! We placed a mobile order. When we got to the store, they said they had lost... power (lightning strike) and couldn't cook the food. He got our info and claimed he would refund our money. He never did. Ifinally called the number on their website and they insisted we'd have to get a refund at the store. I called the store and evenwent to talk to the manager, but she refuses to give me a refund and claims I'll have to take it up with corporate. Read more
Tonight was a fantastic experience here. They were incredibly professional and fast! Really awesome people working tonight and... clearly very prepared. I ordered a house zalad that was perfectly fresh! The chicken finger plate is always a delicious go to. Ireally love that they have the freestyle machine here so I can get the cherry sprite.
