Horrible Customer Service Experience - Went to pick up an order for my office, two items left out. Called to say I was coming to... get the missing items and called 5 times with no answer. upon picking up the missing items and getting back to my office thepizza was BURNT. Edith at the Kennesaw location is the absolute best! She greets you with a smile, is attentive and didn't get frustrated with my... many questions and requests. I can?t speak much on the service of this restaurant because I door dashed my order (they were having a discount). However,... this location did burn my pizza. It?s bizarre because I?m not the only reviewer on their reviews who has complained about theirpizza being burnt. I wish I would of read these reviews before ordering. Stopped by for a quick lunch. My pizza came out burnt because they put it too close to the fire. I said to the girl ?my pizza is... burnt because it was placed too close to the fire.? Her reply ?that?s how we do it here.? I didn?t ask her to cook another pizzabecause I was pressed for time. I noticed everyone else?s pizza was cooked much better and not burnt. I was there at a timewhen it wasn?t busy. Furthermore, the pizza tasted nothing like MOD. I don?t recommend this place at all. This was my first time here for lunch. The sandwich itself was good, but not $10 good, and that doesn?t include any drink or... side. My friend got the same sandwich, but added a side of a soft drink and a small cup of gelato .. it came to $18! For $18we could have gotten a platter at Longhorn or Olive Garden. I liked the sandwich, it was tasty but small for the price, and weprobably won?t be back. Just not a good value for lunch. Read more
Jessica and Erin made my very first ?Your Pie? experience absolutely perfect! My food was hot,t tasty, and packing a lot of... flavor from the freshest ingredients. The customer service was superb and i was greeted with a smile and excitement as theyboth waited patiently to take my order. Both ladies were knowledgeable about all the options that I needed to best fit my dietand my perfected specifications to appease my hunger. First time being to this building of Your Pie Pizza. Overall not a terrible experience but wasn't optimal. They burnt my pizza,... which is understandable but it did make the pizza too hard and crunchy and left a burnt taste in my mouth. I assume they justleft it in the oven for too long. It's understandable though I'm not gonna hold one pizza against them. Its forgivable. Thedrink machine was a Coca Cola freestyle machine, but almost all flavors and drinks were out of stock in it. Otherwise the placewas alright, it was really clean and has a nice dining area with a TV on the wall. Read more
