It saddens me to say that on Sept 3rd 2022 at 8:44pm I didn?t take a picture of the food fresh from the restaurant; here at home... that today at 5:05pm on Sept 4th 2022 I take this picture and it doesn?t reflect the fantabulous culinary extravaganza that isoccurring on this plate.!!! To say I was driven 2hrs there and back to experience such a delight is an understand statement. Asa serial entrepreneur; makes want to invest with the owner and open another location and several more if possible. The owner isfilled with a calming yet energetic vibe and again; the food.., OMG?, OMG?, OMG..!! Here before you and again my apologieshowever it?s a portion of their Philly Pepper & Cheese Steak over Fries and a side order of their Southern Chili and a theirversion of Fried Rice comes with a chicken version portion however I ADDED their sausage version as well to have double theprotein. This place is awesome. The vibe is total zen, Ms.Sonya is so sweet and pleasant. I ordered a few items but I've actually eaten... the zucchini bread and let me tell you, it's the best that I have ever had. It's moist and the flavor is immaculate. Second time trying this place. Asked for food, they didn?t have it. Said they only serve on specific day. Ordered açaí bowl... instead, it was very watery. Literal iced juice. It was melting and spilled all over the bag before I got in car. Tried tofreeze it, it came out like a slushie. The price said 10$ for açaí bowl WITH 4 toppings. Wound up paying 15$ when i asked forthose toppings. 15$ for iced juice with 4 chunks of each fruit. Took 15-20 minutes. Why it takes 15 minutes to make iced juice,I have no idea. Just no all around. I?ve been searching for more vegan spots within my area and let me tell you coming across Xtraction was the highlight of my day,... my week even. Their smoothies are OFF THE CHARTS I mean completely fresh and filled with such wholesome and nutritiousingredients that just make you feel good and refreshed. Even though I'm not a permanent vegan, I gave this place a try and to my surprise the food is amazing. I had their vegan oxtail... and it was one if the best oxtail I've had. The Drive smoothie was also delish. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes fromthis hidden gem in Marietta! Read more
