They were lazy. I stood there 10 minutes before someone took my order. Other people came after me received their order I... asked questions about an item on the menu and they act like I was bothering them. I love Wingstop but I will never go to thislocation again. This is ridiculous I ordered a whole meal with cajun fried corn the corn was so disgusting looking it was old and very dried out... you can tell it was over cook hours before being included in my order and there wasn't any cajun seasoning on the corn Wing stopshould be ashamed to think its ok to serve customers food that looks like its 3 days old lucky I wasn't in the restaurant I'llnever go there again and they short me on my 8 piece boneless wings to. I would give zero stars if i could. This wing stop takes online pickup orders, but when you show up to pick up your food;... they?ll likely be closed and you?ll be out of the money you spent on their expensive wings. My mother and i visited thislocation on 7/1/2022, and they accepted our order and payment, but the location was closed and all of the lights were off whenwe went to get our food. Other customers also arrived at this location at the same time as us to the same disappointment. Wecontacted another location in search of answers, and when the employees contacted their district manager (was told his name isCharles) he did not answer, and we gave our information and were told ?i hope he gets back to you.? We also contacted corporateand have not heard anything due to it being the weekend, but our order was over $50, and we never received a single item. Read more
I?m late reviewing but I visited this location on 2/12/22 and I was disappointed in the service, quality of food and sanitation.... The store is a few minutes from me so I thought it would be quick and easy. False. Our food took about 20 minutes once Iactually got into the location which was outrageous because we ordered and paid ahead via phone. While I was waiting, I only sawtwo employees. One cooking and preparing orders and one cleaning. Because I had nothing but time on my hands, I was able to seethe employee cooking our food handling raw chicken with his bare hands and begin handling food minutes later. He took about 5seconds to rinse the small squirt of soap he got from the dispenser off his hands to get them ?clean?. I was a little worriedabout my food so I put it in the air fryer for about 10 minutes on medium-low once I got home to cook any harmful germs off myfood. Sad I have to recook my own food for safety concerns considering Wingstop is already expensive in comparison to other wingplaces. I?ll be taking my business elsewhere. Read more
Food was not fresh, these fries are not even edible absolutely have been re dipped in grease I found a handful of bone fragments... in the wings box. The lady at this location was super nice but it was just her and one other person so she was aware of thequality of food they are pushing out the door and it?s just unacceptable to no end. I always get my wings extra crispy. Today I go in and my wings are soggy, even though I ask for extra crispy. The guys behind... the counter tells me it?s protocol to only cook wings for 13 minutes, even though I ordered 30 wings, maybe it takes longer tomake 30 wings crispy. When I asked for the manager, I was told he was the manager. I asked for His manager and was told it?s notgonna happen and there was only a personal number. The ?manager? even got into a verbal altercation with me, he was rude andcondescending, simply for asking for customer service number. The female was rude and One guy even tried to put his hands on me,and had be held back by ?the manager? I am so disappointed in this Wing Stop. They just lost a customer! Read more
