I went to Willy's the other night, awful customer service and the manager was rude....1st there was a list , no problem... The... girl that was working at the station was doing a great job.... But the manager Terrence took over... he was as effective asher... We waited in line for about 10 minutes, and when the couple in front of us ordered, the man hesitated, the manager saidyou stood in line all this and you don't know what you want ... Just Rude!!!! When it was my turn, I ordered but I didn't likethe chicken he was serving. He started patronizing me about making me white chicken ... he was rude , I decided not to eatthere...
