Night, I ordered #6 combo. One spicy chicken is good. But they gave to me old fries. I told em not like old fries. I saw service... customer old fries put re fry it. Manager left 6 cars at the drive through for 10 minutes without explanation and when I pull up to the window he wants to say... I?m in the middle of a shift change, then closed the window and called me a cracker. horrible management will not be returningto your location ever again :) Read more
I've never seen a more consistently bad Wendy's. Every single time I go here they mess the order up. Something is missing, or... swapped out with something else, or it's the wrong number of them. One time I ordered on the mobile app, and when I got to thedrive thru they charged my card, sent a receipt to my phone, and then claimed that my order didn't exist and there was nothingthey could do. Minor side note: I don't think I've ever received straws from this location when ordering drinks. Read more
Customer service was very nasty my cashier was great but the guy behind him kept cursing at him like he was a child that's... should not be tolerated at any job! I will reach out to cooperate & never return I hope the cashier find a new job where he doesnot have to deal with people like his coworker! Read more

wildly inept order taker. couldn?t take orders correctly or keep them straight. folks ordering then walking out bc of the... confusion leading to ridiculous waiting times. i was 3rd person in line and it took 20 minutes to get my food in hand. i shouldhave gone to chikfila across the street.
