9 times out of ten, they will mess up your order. I will say that they charged me for a medium when I ordered a large? however... they did put cheese on my burger when the receipt specified ?no cheese?. They did also finally pave the road. When we pulled up to the restaurant, we asked an employee outside if the dining room was open. She said "you can go on the... dining room," so my brother did. Inside, he tried to order something at the kiosk and it communicated that he would have toorder at the counter. A really nice employee came up and started to take his order, but then he went to ask another employee aquestion. The other one said, "we ain't taking orders inside." The guy had to come back and apologize to my brother on his rudecoworker's behalf ???? It was a very annoying and unnecessarily convoluted experience due to employee negligence and laziness. Iappreciate that the guy at the counter seemed to care and was really nice, but the other one needs to be fired or retrained. Read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. After almost 20 minutes waiting in the drive-thru, and the line not moving at all,... I decided to leave and go somewhere else. When I drove around, there were several employees inside the store standing arounddoing absolutely nothing. Google says that this location is open till 11 PM, but the employees claim it closed at 8. If youwant to go to Wendy's, go to the one at Windy Hill and 75. It's much faster, and the employees are so much more polite.. Theyknow what customer service is about. Read more

The location has become awful. It has gone from simply messing up orders to the latest incident where I put in online order and... when my wife arrived to pick it up, they informed her they weren?t cooking anymore food because they didn?t have enough people. No apologies, no solutions, just told her to go online and cancel the order. When she told me about this, I tried to cancel butthe link on the confirmation page didn?t do anything (ordered as a guest account). I called the store to find out what I shoulddo and I was told, quite rudely, to ?go cancel the order through UberEats or whatever you used?. As I started tryng to explainthat I used the actual Wendy?s page, she interrupted me again telling me to just go cancel it. When I finally got her to pausefor long enough to listen, I explained that the cancel option wasn?t working to which she said to just wait a day and the chargeshouldn?t go through (imagine it being said with a snotty, you are wasting my time, attitude). Add to this that they aresupposed to be open until 11 and she claimed they closed at 8, but she answered my phone call at 9:40 (the order was placed at7:50). This Wendy?s is at a great location but that?s it. Two years after other businesses offer in room dining, this location still... has a closed lobby. Their drive thru is incredibly slow, due to people ordering special items and not whatever is in front ofthem on the menu (?I want a junior bacon cheeseburger without bacon and cheese? I heard one time) and over $20 worth of food inone go. Even when the order isn?t complicated, they take forever to give it to you. Read more

Very inconsistent store? lazy staff and it?s clear that they dislike their jobs. Why open this fairly new store to hire a lazy,... mediocre customer service staff. You guys won?t last long once this area finishes the rest of the shopping center construction.The Chick-fil-a stays busy and it?s 2 minutes away. Hopeful that we are given another burger fast food option over here soon oryou guys get your acts together. I just waited over 25 minutes for sloppy sticky drink cups and food that they dish out all day?no special request, nuggets a few burgers and fries. Then it?s Friday and it looks like they just closed the store at 9pm andonline says 11pm. Absolutely Ridiculous!!! Read more

This Wendy's is not consistent at all. Fries were overcooked and tasted like a whole bucket of salt was put on them. The sweet... tea barely deserved the name "Sweet" tea. Not to mention the worse of it all, my Classic Chicken Sandwich! I don't know whatthis is on the bottom of my bun but it is quite disturbing. I have trypophobia.
