Their breakfast is a joke. Home fries were cold, the Maple Chicken biscuit was dry with no maple syrup, coke was flat and warm.
Just came through the drive-thru and requested some potatoes with my breakfast to be extra crispy. Not only were they not crispy... but they were barely warm very disappointed. Read more
Are they intentionally trying to run customers off? Always some bs with this wendys ???? Keep those Brats away from our food and... hire some kids who care about doing a good job. ???? This place is being ran by people who have either no idea what they are doing or just don?t care. All appear to be unsupervised... teenagers who don?t know the first thing about customer service. Having conversations while my food is sitting at the window,taking forever to take an order at the drive thru?. Just today, saw 4 cars in line and could tell that the car that was tryingto order was being told to wait (which seems to always be the case because they can?t handle more than one thing at a time) andthen the other 3 cars all left after sitting for 10 minutes. This place is just an embarrassment. The only time it?s ever beensomewhat smooth is when the manager is there. The owner of this place should really teach his employees about customer serviceand efficiency (because they obviously could care less) or completely restaff. And the cherry on top was when I once asked for ahappy meal and the cashier said in a snarky retort that they don?t sell happy meals. Gee, my bad, meant a kids meal. Read more
They're now fully staffed with an outstanding young group of employees. Serving the new strawberry frosty and strawberry summer... salad with sesame seed dressing very good. Prices like everywhere have increased with a small frosty now ,$1.89 compared to theformer $.99. if they keep raising the price, they'll finally get it up to what it's worth! Read more
The people are always nice and friendly but the food lately has been just lazily slapped together. I ordered a bacon cheddar... burger and the amount of sauce was just gr????ss. I couldn't eat it. See the pics. ???? Read more
Ordering process was efficient. Workers didn't sound too happy about being there and my burger had cold spots in it. Not my best... experience but not the worst either. Read more
