I've never been here directly. I ordered through Doordash. There has only been maybe two times my order has been wrong. 1. I... ordered some tea, and the tea was clearly NOT fresh and I could tell it had been sitting for days, maybe a week. 2. I orderedfor my fiance and I and the only thing wrong with the order was the fact that my chicken sandwich was just bread and chicken. Ihad asked for no tomatoes, but they decided to take everything off the sandwich. The reason I'm giving 4 starts and not three ortwo is because I've never had any issues with the food being cold and still tastes good! I have worked in the food/servingindustry for over 4 years, so I can understand some of the stress and miscommunication with staff. 1st i only come here because its the closest thing to my job that wont break the bank. Its the SLOWEST fast food place EVER! Got to this Wendy?s a little after 9pm and was told they only had 2 people working. We said okay and that we would wait it was... no problem. The guy at the register then said it?s going to be a while as if we should leave, so we left. We came back 10minutes later to try again and the same guy again said there were only 2 people. We again said okay and that we would wait andthen he said he was not taking any more orders. We tried to understand as they don?t close until 10 and finally the guy agreedto take our order after a brief back and forth. When we got to the window, the same guy was packing our food and cursing andcomplaining with his coworker about the shortage of staff. Ridiculous and unprofessional. I will not go back. Waited in the drive through for over 40 minutes, which makes me sound like a lazy person but we were committed. Then we got... completely different food than we ordered after they basically threw the bag out the window at us (after we?d been waiting atthe window after paying for another 10 minutes) with nothing more than a ?here?s your food.? Waited about 20mins in drive thru, ended up placing a mobile pickup order. Expected the food to be fresh & hot after long wait,... instead it seem like it had been cooked earlier and sitting a while.
