I don?t leave a ton of reviews but has such great experiences, I felt it was necessary. I don?t know how they do it but this... location has been producing the best food! I?ve eaten lunch here twice this week. The fries are hot, crispy, and perfectlysalted (may be the best fries I?ve ever had). My sandwich was super hot and fresh too. Service was so fast and everyone is extranice. Their sweet tea is perfect as well. I keep coming back for the perfect fries! Read more

Told them good morning for them to shut the window in my face. I came in the lobby a few weeks ago in the morning, and I didn?t... know their lobby wasn?t open. This lady tells me very rudely that they weren?t open in the lobby and made it seem like I brokeinto the place. Terrible customer service one of the worst Wendy?s I have been to. Worst Wendy's ever. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo, the sandwich was absolutely disgusting, I did not get what I... asked for on it, and when I went back for them to correct the issue, they thought giving me my money back was a better solutionthan correcting the issue. I will NEVER go back, and everyone I spoke to in the drive-through needs a lesson in customer serviceor they need to find another job. Disgraceful. Read more
I live close to this location so I get lunch here a few times a month. I always go during the lunch rush hour because I assume... the food will be hot and fresh. The fries are always cold. I think hot and crispy is the ad.....not yet! I wouldn't mind waitingfor fresh fries. Cook in smaller batches! ???????? Read more
This store has become the worst one around. Drive thru only for a long time and when they take your order at the speaker you... drive up to the window and the car behind you has to wait 5 or so minutes be cause they take only one order at a time. Basicallyyou get up to the speaker and can almost take a nap before they will take your order! From now on I will take my business to theone at Dallas hwy and Lost Mountain. I wish I could give them a zero, I have been eating there for years, even then the pandemic they were on point . But the last 8... yes 8 orders I could have flushed my money down the drain, they have taking pride in serving old and cold food . I will nevergive them another dime, neither should you. What a joke.
