I've been to many different Wendy's locations over the years, but this location is BY FAR the worst one I have ever visited. I... understand staff shortages, but this ridiculous. My son and I stopped by for a "quick bite." Immediatedly greeted by a line inthe drive thru that wrapped around the building. So we decided to try the dining room. Horrible idea. Walked in and the placeliterally smelled like a wet baby diaper (no joke)! It was unbearable. The entire floor was either stained, greasy or sticky. Itwas embarrassing. Waited in line for 10 mins and decided I just cldnt take the smell, the wait and the overall disfunction ofthe place. We did something I've never done at a Wendy's before...WE WALKED OUT. This place has a lot of work to do to get backin shape. Until then I recommend eating elsewhere. Very disappointed. Read more

Prices have gone up, quality had gone down. Food has gotten progressively worse and worse. It's always lukewarm and the counter... staff is largely uncommunicative and seem very displeased to be there. Last visit they left the bacon off my bacon pub burgerand put half a piece on the baconator. This time, fries were over salted, they left out the sauce for my nuggets, food wasagain lukewarm and didn't get the robot toy advertised in my kids meal. Only upside is the variety of soda choices. This place disappointed me. I ordered two cheeseburgers at 3pm in the afternoon and they were both cold. I figured after the... lunch rush, they?d need to make them hot and ready but I guess I got some old order because these were disgusting! Went this morning. Got the baconater combo, and the sausage egg cyrsaunt with Lg Coffee. This place has to have the HOTTEST... Coffee of any fast food, shoot, any restaurant that I know. We had to get another cup to put the cup inside it with the Coffeejust to hold it. You want Hot Coffee, go here. Drive up representative, Taylor, very friendly and professional. One issue. It does not matter what you order, here?they?re gonna give you what they want to give you. Sizes, items?none of that matters... here, since no one will listen to a thing you say anyway.
