I just order a large fries in the app as drive through, again only large fries. It was 5 min wait in the drive through and then... they tell me I?ve to come inside because order is not ready . And it?s only large Fries, nothing else . I have two kids in mycar that?s why I put drive through in the first place. And now I?ve to get in the traffic again and turn around to get in thestore parking to get the Large fries. I love Burger King but not this location again ! Read more

I went there today to dine in with my daughter and my niece. On one side it said please use other door so we got in my car and... went to the other side when we went up to the door We could visibly see customers sitting in the dinning are enjoying their foodbut both doors are lock ???? I see an employee walking behind the counter so I knock to get her attention because hello yourdoor says dinning doesn?t close until 8pm and this was shortly after 5pm and while she?s laughing and smirking she waves herhand around as if she is telling me drive thru only but couldn?t come to the door to tell me smh so much for customer service.So we got in my car and went to chick-fil-a!!! They definitely need to work on their customer service or put up a sign sayingdinning closes at 5pm not 8pm! Read more
My drive through experience was so refreshing. The cashier taking orders was so nice and pleasant. She didn?t make me feel like... an inconvenience and was delighted to take my order. By far my best experience at a fast food drive through. Read more
Apparently, ordering a sandwich with no lettuce or tomato also means you don't get the cheese or bacon. The staff at the... drive-through weren't friendly at all and basically threw the food at us. Read more
1st time ever coming to this place for breakfast was on my way to work and saw a commercial last night for Wendy?s so I stopped... and I was greeted by the most polite delightful woman in the world the name on the receipt says Alisa. Alisa THANK YOU!!!!!!!Your company should be so honored to have an employee like yourself. As a customer service manager I look for and love to rewardfantastic customer service and you deserve it all!!! My food was hot and fresh and this is the only Wendy?s I?ll stop at fromnow on! Wasn't aware wendy's did a build your own sandwich concept... Ordered the jalapeno popper chicken sandwich with no bun and add... beer cheeseand received a chicken breast with lettuce and tomato. When I went back I told them what I had received the responsewas "so what was the sandwich missing?" I responded that I just needed a jalapeno popper sandwich no bun with beer cheese.Answered the same question 2 more times and was told to pull forward. I was given a bag with a container of cream cheese, bacon,and jalapenos to accompany the soggy lettuce and tomato on a cold sandwich..... Definitely not going back anytime soon. Read more
