What a way to start my morning. I really love this location.
This review starts off with a review about the Williams Rd Waffle House and ends with a review for this Waffle House. When my... daughter and I walked in with my grandson in his carrier, there were plenty of employees there, but no one said hello. Theylooked disgusted that we had even walked in. There were two booths with baby seats on them to keep anyone from sitting at them.Another two ladies were waiting for booths, too. The employees told us all we could sit at the bar area. We decided to sit atthe low bar area. When we sat down, we placed drink orders and I asked about the waffle breakfast sandwich that I?ve beenhearing about on the radio. She rolled her eyes and said they did not have it. She did not want to be at work and definitelydoes not know how to treat customers. While she was getting our drinks, I looked up the breakfast sandwich. I showed her apicture of it in case anyone else asked about it. She would cut me off each time I was talking. Then she told me that no oneelse had asked about it. Just me. Just you she said. It was intentionally rude. We decided to leave and she said something tothe table where she was taking an order. I told her I was not leaving because of the menu. I was leaving because of herattitude. We left and went to the Waffle House at Barrett Pkwy and 575. Totally different experience there. I asked about thewaffle sandwich just to see how they would respond. The waitress answered with a smile that they did not have that. I showed herthe picture and she acted interested in it. Food was delicious. Then as we were sitting enjoying each other?s company the cookcame around to the tables asking each customer how everything was. That was awesome. Read more
We had to stop and use the bathroom. The toilets were clean, but the bathroom was not. The parking lot was lit up nicely. No one... said anything when we walked in like welcome to waffle house. She was sitting over there in a booth playing on her phone. Read more
Inside was nice and pretty clean for a late night quick eat after a long travel day. Service was good and food came out quick.... Very typical to the Waffle House brand. Read more
I purchased 4 waffles to go, reached home and found that two of them were so over cooked that they taste sour, those were burnt.... Interestingly, those were intentionally placed below the good ones in each of the two boxes so that the customer wouldn?t seethem at the store while picking up. And this is not my first experience. It?s very disappointing when Waffle House gives youburnt waffles while charging you full price for em and then intentionally hide the burnt items so that you wouldn?t notice it atthe restaurant. Me and my kids stopped here. Food was good. My daughters eggs were a little done than what she ask for but before she could even... say anything about it the waitress brought her another order that was correct. Waitress even joined in on the prayer. Had awonderful meal here. Read more
Brand new interior with roomier booths, same great dark roast coffee, and really good, thick grits. Dez and Cheyenne are both... super sweet and attentive, and our typical WH breakfast was way better than "typical". Definitely gonna make this location ournew go-to. Why 4 ????s, not 5? Tonight was my birthday night and coming from a party my good friend and I decided to stop by the nearest Waffle House. Needless... to my server was not happy at all. I don?t remember her name but given the time and date of this review I?m sure she?s not hardto find. My server wasn?t much of professional nor customer service friendly. My friend and I waited over 20 minutes for a to gobox for our food to which another server whom happen to clean the table next to us helped me. I know it?s Waffle House and Ireally didn?t expect much but at least check on your table to make sure everything okay. Highly disappointed. I would howeverlike to thank the other guy who got the to go box for me and my friend. Not only did he helped cash my ticket out but hedefinitely showed much better customer service. Read more
