When my daughter and I walked in with my grandson in his carrier, there were plenty of employees there, but no one said hello.... They looked disgusted that we had even walked in. There were two booths with baby seats on them to keep anyone from sitting atthem. Another two ladies were waiting for booths, too. The employees told us all we could sit at the bar area. We decided to sitat the low bar area. When we sat down, we placed drink orders and I asked about the waffle breakfast sandwich that I?ve beenhearing about on the radio. She rolled her eyes and said they did not have it. She did not want to be at work and definitelydoes not know how to treat customers. While she was getting our drinks, I looked up the breakfast sandwich. I showed her apicture of it in case anyone else asked about it. She would cut me off each time I was talking. Then she told me that no oneelse had asked about it. Just me. Just you she said. It was intentionally rude. We decided to leave and she said something tothe table where she was taking an order. I told her I was not leaving because of the menu. I was leaving because of herattitude. We left and went to the Waffle House at Barrett Pkwy and 575. Totally different experience there. I asked about thewaffle sandwich just to see how they would respond. The waitress answered with a smile that they did not have that. I showed herthe picture and she acted interested in it. Food was delicious. Then as we were sitting enjoying each other?s company the cookcame around to the tables asking each customer how everything was. That was awesome. Read more

Just waited 15 minutes for us to overhear the cook whisper and tell the waitress to tell us they can?t serve us. Obviously upset... my boyfriend said we had been sitting down waiting and the other waitress had the audacity to say ?oh my god? to us like we?rethe problem. Read more

So many people are talking about a person who was in a wreck. Cook loudly saying I have to go. Always wanting me to stay and and... I can't. I gots to go is all I keep hearing. While the other cook is leaned over the counter talking to a female. I just wantsome hot food. Read more

I found out after I ate my meal that their card reader wasn?t working. I was told I would face the police if I didn?t have cash.... I have a lot of money and I have a debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, cashapp, Venmo, but I was being held hostage by a waitresstonight. She took my drink order and then served my food before the waters. I don?t come to Waffle House for customer service?but I expect to leave?The waitress confirmed it?s not my card that was the problem, it?s the card reader, very confidently, butwould not allow me to leave without paying cash. Had I not brought my wife, we wouldn?t have been able to go down the road toget cash. I don?t know who, but I?d like to talk to someone just to correct this. Service was severely lacking. Waitress named Ethan failed to mention their card reader was down until she gave us the bill and... we had enjoyed our meal. She then proceeded to tell us that she would need another form of payment. All we had was card. Shethen said if we left, she would call the police. She proceeded to argue with my husband about how it was his problem that shecouldnt take out payment. I went to a local gas station and pulled out money from the atm which I had to pay a service fee for.Drove back to the Waffle House and paid for the meal while Ethan continued to argue with my husband. Other customers also neededto use card but luckily noticed the arguing going on between the waitress and my husband. Read more

You would think when I'm the only customer in the entire restaurant that they would be able to get my order right, but... apparently that is too high of an expectation. The cook and waitress that are on shift tonight need to find different line ofwork. Read more
