Visiting GA for the weekend and had breakfast here with my family. I don't usually leave reviews but wow wow wowww! The energy... was through the roof!! The employees were singing and dancing while working...on a Sunday morning, mind you! They we're so insync, our order came quickly and the service was awesome. We left this place singing and laughing because their positive vibesrubbed off on us. I could not leave this place without asking the team for a photo so I can give them a huge shout out! I ordered 2 eggs n cheese breakfast with toast grits and hashbrowns with cheese .I don't eat beef pork or chicken I never order... meat products. When opening my breakfast plate found hunks of hamburger meat burnt in my hashbrowns don't even know if the meatwas old and left on the grill previously and also my eggs had pieces of shell in it . Everything had a burnt taste from a dirtygrill .Paid for 2 egg breakfast and couldn't eat any of it . Read more
Our waiter was very lovely and we had a great experience. Our food was as always very delicious and the wait time was not bad at... all. I was a bit drunk after the braves game but I didn't expect the level of service I received. Christian reciprocated with the... same level of rudeness I supplied until he refused to supply me with silverware and slammed his server book down on the table,alarming everyone. Our party of 6 left right after. To be fair, I was pretty rude. But as a former server, I don't expect thatlevel of rudeness or sass from anyone. I did, loudly, point out that our party of 6 had been there for quite awhile and no onehad cleared the tables. Even so, I don't expect to be confronted with physical violence, to the point the other people in myparty are uncomfortable. Read more
I ordered a waffle and bacon kids meal for my kid to go for my kid yesterday morning. ( The staff was talking about the time... that school starts. The lady that checked me out was talking to this guy about diabetes and she mentioned her husband.) When myfinal credit card statement came back, a $6 tip was added to the meal which I did not authorize. I tried to call the restaurantto get this resolved but the phone says it does not accept to go orders and then hangs up never allowing the call go through toan individual. This is a very dishonest transaction made by the team at Waffle House and should be investigated. I am sure I amnot the first person to encounter this experience. Read more
Order $27 worth of food and didn't get any sort of breakfast meat to be seen. I did check it once but the cook said he still had... a plate to add to the bag so I didn't check it the second time. My bad never again will I trust that. Read more
