HUGE props to the team at Waffle House in East Cobb! We had a catering order for breakfast on a Saturday morning for a groom... and his groomsmen (20 people). Just left this place get home and no cheese on hash browns , ok people make mistakes. Then look in bag no butter or syrup for... waffles . We call just to let them know you charged me for something I didn?t get so we could maybe get credit for that nexttime. Literally a recording that says they not answering phones and walk in if you want to place a order . So how do you letthem know items are missing? $34.67 for two all star breakfast with cheese , 1 side of bacon and side of chili at this pricecould have ate cheaper and order would be right at flying biscuit or J Chris.I?ll pay the price just give me what I order dang Ididn?t know it took a college degree to fry bacon and eggs . The old lady that works there is pathetic. She does nothing she doesn?t answer the phone she doesn?t take orders she literally... sits and does nothing. The cook Carlos is great he saw me sitting there while nobody else was there and asked me if the old ladytook my order. When I told him no he took my order and got my food ready then she comes to me 10 minutes later and asked me whatI ordered so she could ring it up. It took forever to even be greeted. Every table was dirty with only 3 being used. We had to sit at the bar after we wiped it... down. We were the only customers left eating and had to ask 3 times for refills on our drinks before we finally got them. Read more
