Arrived early morning. They just got done doing a large catering order so our food was over 15 minutes getting to us. The... refills on coca cola and coffee were non existent until we asked. Ordered a glass of milk. SHE GAVE US CURDLED MILK !!!!!BUT...it took almost TEN minutes to get it in the first place and then I had to ask where my husbands new glass of milk was.That was another 5 minutes for her to tell us the 2 gallons they had in stock were old and curdled....( the joy of looking atyour phone so you can time everything !!!!) There was 1 other table and 1 person at counter and 6 employees. So they werent busyat all. At least the food was good. The server was very nice. It was clean. Read more
After having an extremely hard few weeks adjusting to being a first time mom and having the stress of life and a new baby. I... stopped by this location today for breakfast while I waited for a friend. While there I became extremely overwhelmed with afussy baby and forgetting a bottle thankfully I breastfeeding so after a trip to feed in the restroom I came back ti ask for thecheck to be told by BRITTANY that it was taken care of and she had paid for my meal. This was the best Waffle House I have ever been in. Manager name starts with a Q and our waitress was Jay. The whole team was... working together and no one was grouchy or in a bad mood. No personal problems were being discussed in the background. Ourbreakfast was very relaxing!! This team today would be a great training team for other restaurants. Read more
Wow this particular Waffle House is very nice but it also gets very crowded it seems like any day that you come in here! & even... if you order to go! it is still crowded.
