Terrible. Customer no service. This location has gone down hill. Employees do not care one bit. Waited 10 minutes at table, not... acknowledged. We asked who our waitress was and another employee muttered he didn?t know. Went to talk to someone else and stillno one came over. Girl in long braids apparently was our server but the one table she had apparently was too much for her. Theyall looked clueless and miserable. We left and went to another Waffle House down the street. They deserve zero stars here onWhitlock. Read more
Late night or early morning. Staff was in parking lot. I understand though. When they came in everything was good. They were out... of onions for omelets and forgot to bring a drink. Not complaining, just sharing for others. Read more
my wife, my daughter, and I went to store number 1348 on Whitlock Avenue I'm marietta, GA around 11 last night on 9/24/22. There... were just a few other customers in the store. the cook was playing very loud and offensive music over the store speakers. ittook them 15 minutes to get our food when the other 2 tables already had their food. my wife ordered a waffle, my daughterordered a double hashbrown, and I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese hashbrown bowl. we also got water to drink. when wefinally got our bill after sitting there for almost 5 minutes after we got done eating, the cook wrote up our bill. I saw wewere charged full price for drinks when we only got cups of water. when I asked why we got charged the cook blew us off and saidthey charging for water now, take it up with corporate. the server even told us he had no clue about charging for water. we paidfor our food and when we were walking to our car my wife looked and and she said it looked like the cook was throwing a fitafter we walked out. Good location right at the edge of historic Marietta. Good customer service, clean restaurant, and great food. They are ... recently understaffed in the morning more than not so there's a longer wait. on occasions you may be able to call in an orderbut often not which makes it difficult for passers-by to stop in on short notice.The staff available at that time they are stillgreat nonetheless. Don't want to punish an establishment who is underemployed but current staff work hard to keep up withdemand to the best of their ability while maintaining quality as staff changes can happen at anytime otherwise good restaurant. I meant to post this almost 2weeks ago. When I placed my order the person was so pleasant. The same person greeted me when I... arrived to get my food. She said here is your order with extra pickles mayo ketchup and silverware. I did not have to ask foranything. Not to mention the food was perfect. The best meal that I've had from Waffle House in over a year! I was so pleasedand will be back! Read more
