Horrible customer service! I paid extra for a delivery order and didn't receive all items. I called the store and gave my name... and the person who answered was extremely rude. She claimed that she didn't see an order for me and before I could even providemore details, she put me on hold. I was on hold for over 15 minutes and then just hung up. While I like the smoothies, this typeof service is a huge deterrent for me to be a repeat customer. Based on the very poor reviews here, one would think they wouldmake some improvements by now... smh. Read more
Worst location ever. I love the company but the order is never correct, the smoothies aren?t blended and are missing ingredients... and the grilled cheese is never grilled. The employees are usually nice but come on, it?s not that hard to make the stock menuitems correctly and make sure that food is edible. The place is too expensive for this kind of stuff. Not only were items missing in our $60 order, but we had food quality and safety issues. The 3 sandwiches we actually received... weren?t fully heated and were missing ingredients. We didn?t even receive all of the sides we ordered. By the way, the sweetpotatoes were mushy and old tasting. I?m pregnant, and I have an autoimmune disease, so food safety is a must, as it should befor any person. We are incredibly disappointed. Read more
Very dissatisfied!! My first time there while my wife's in the hospital and they were VERY disorganized. Rang up my order and... then after taking my money starting giving out refunds because the smoothie machine was broken....BOTH OF THEM?? if they hadcommunicated I would have ordered a different beverage or even not ordered and went next door.....1st and LAST time customerunfortunately . .......AAAANNNDDD ON Top of that when they hand me my food they don't even say thank you or apologize then justfor like here's your food. And the icing on the cake was the sandwich kinda sucked as in didn't taste good. Overall a wasteof time and money. Read more
Horrible experience. I walked in and no one even said hi. I asked for a avocado grilled cheese. It?s supposed to be toast and... the cheese melted. I also asked for no bacon and they still put bacon. Disgusting place. 1/10. The employees were rude. Don?trecommend this place at all. Read more
I was not going to write a review about the unprofessionalism, I was not going to write a review about the overly iced smoothie.... I am going to write a view about the hair that I found in my Sante fe quesadilla. I lost my appetite. Tropical smoothie Cafe wasa place..I loved to go to all the time. It is has changed drastically, the staff does not even acknowledge you when you walk in.You pretty much stand near the register, and someone eventually walks up to it. The staff is talking amongst themselves(loudly). The hair was super fine, but I took a picture of what was left. I didn't even finish my smoothie because I was sodisgusted. P.s. I work at the hospital near by, and I am telling EVERYONE I know ...NOT to go over there. Read more
