Christian helped me pick a good smoothie and was very fast with great customer service!
My husband and I came here for a late lunch today. This will be our last time visiting this location. The girl behind the... counter had long hair that wasn?t properly tied up in addition to wearing no gloves. I saw her scratch her hair multiple timesand continue to make smoothies, again, with no gloves or hand washing. Some man came from the back texting on his phone. Iassume he was the manager because he had on a tropical smoothie polo shirt. His pants and shirt were visibly dirty as if hehadn?t washed them in a while. He came straight out of the back and began touching the smoothies/food. He initially had nogloves on. He put them on for a brief second, then took them off and went to the back again. When he came out for the 2nd time,he was texting and laughing at something on his phone. He proceeded to scratch an area around his mouth and pull the food out ofthe oven WITH NO GLOVES. We never saw either employee wash their hands. He put gloves on to dress the food without washing hishands or even sanitizing and at that point we requested our money back. He got upset and said ?yeah I?ll get it later?. We willnever eat here again. Read more

Horrible. I went in for a smoothie and quesadilla. There was only one other couple there when I got there, they were not busy at... all. After I placed my order and stood there for 20 minutes, one of the girls asked me if I had ordered yet. (At this point only1 other couple had come in) I told her I was waiting on my quesadilla 10 minutes after that I walked out with a cold quesadillathat had been sitting on the counter as they had forgotten they had cooked it. The employee named Dash was very rude and just dose not seem trained very well on customer service. He is not a good... representation of what we expect in customer service. Disappointing. Also this location was just randomly closed for 2 or 3 daysand no note on the door and when we ask the employees what happen they very rudely say ?idk?? do better with hiring or I willbe taking my services to smoothie king.
