What looked like a nice place, turns out, Yes, very nice, as for the Service, extremely poor service. The greater was great,... welcomed us in, and took us to our seat. Our waiter was there very soon after beeing sat. Took our drink order, then came backwith our drinks. We ordered our food, and had time to enjoy the decor of the restaurant. Many TVs on the walls, and in greatlocations to watch throughout, not very crowded at all. Food took about 10 minutes to get our food, but once it came, it wasDelicious. I got the Steak Fajita Lunch, and Wife got the TJ lunch bowl. Very very delicious. And the chips and salsa, Excellent. Now to the Service. Waiter came back, ask how everything was, we told him great, requested a refill of our drinks.He never came back. We asked a female waitress, serving the table next to us if she could get us refill and more napkins. Shedid, after a several min delay, again, this place only had us and 2 other customers inside. After we finshed, which we neversaw our waiter again till we finshed, we asked for a to go box, he confirmed 1 or 2, only 1. He never returned. Wife got up,and asked the female waitress, she said ok. After about 10 min, still no to go box, or check, wife went to the front and askedagain, finally we got it. Still no check, so we packed up the food and went to the cash register to pay. The male host, printedup our check, went to hand to me, at which time, guess who showed up? Our waiter. He took the bill from the host, and handed itto me. I completed my part in paying the bill, and was sure to show how well the service we recived was in the tip, $0.00. Icould understand some delay in our service or our request if the place was busy, but to have only 3 tables being care for, andto not have any returns from our waiter, except at the very beginning, is extremely Unprofessional. I absolutely love the food here! It's authentic and very tasty. I drove 1 hour to come here for some really good Mexican food... and I would recommend the chicken soup, fajitas and of course you can never go wrong with the margaritas. Tijuana Joe?s is our favorite Mexican place in town. I really enjoy the chimichanga and cheese dip! I also live that they carry... plantains. They also have a great outdoor area where you can enjoy the beautiful weather. Read more

Save room for a mango margarita and dinner! The chips & salsa are so good you'll fill up fast if you aren't careful. Haven't... been to this spot in years but it was a good half way point to meet up with friends. Couldn't be happier to learn the patio waspet friendly. The group behind us actually had their leashed bunny with them. My pup loved being able to sit with us for dinner.Weather was cool and perfect for outside dining which is partially covered, with an open area too. Friend ordered a pina coladaand I had the frozen mango margarita (recommended to me). Super frosty and festive for taco night. I ordered the mahi mahi tacoswith rice and a side of pickled jalapenos because I like some extra spice. Didn't need them as the slaw was perfect, but addedto punch it up. Friend ordered the chilaquiles casserole. Not what we thought it would be. Expected more like a Mexican lasagnatype dish layered with corn tortillas. Instead it was like fajita nachos with chips and a sauce. Friend liked the dish anyway,and took the leftovers home. We also ordered a cheese dip and a side of plantains, which were amazing. I just picked up an arroz con pollo to go. When I got home and opened the package the rice looked and tasted like it had been... reheated multiple times, it has a strong smell. the sweep plantains were burned, hard, dry and obviously not fresh. Not orderingfrom this place anymore. And as a reply to the owner who says I?m lying, just take a look at the picture I posted, see foryourself. See who?s lying. Had simply ordered Veggie Fajitas. Went to pick them up, the server checked everything in the bag and then i come home- ONLY to... notice NO tortillas! This is what I'm eating! Rice n beans now! Called them and offered to give me credit on my next visit!! Whywould I go again when they spoilt my dinner? Well, im.hoping to get a Dollar back on the tortillas now!
