This Taco Bell sucks. I waited in the drive thru line and they didn?t say anything. I saw people working and the lights were... on. They close earlier than they should too. If I could give 0 stars I would. Taco Bell on Wade green is way better. Read more
I got stuck in line before realizing the box was broken, so they wanted us to drive up to the window. I spent 45 minutes stuck... in this line, , the girl at the window didn?t even know the menu because she was so new, which is not her fault. He manager satthere doing absolutely nothing to help her. She couldn?t figure out my order. Finally, he came over and I tried to order thesouthwest chicken lunch wrap. They didn?t have the extra large tortillas to make it. So I ask the manager if I can just put whatis on the lunch wrap, onto a burrito. He says yes and then walks away, without helping the poor girl type it in. So she justlooks at me and tells me she rang me up a bean burrito. And then she gets even more confused and makes him come back. So I askhim again, for the stuff that comes in the lunch wrap, in a burrito. ?Oh we don?t have tortilla strips either.? Ok. Just give me3 of those burritos without the strips, and then I need a hard shell beef taco and two orders of chips and cheese. At 50 minuteswaiting in this drive thru, and without the ability to make what I ordered, I still had to pay full price for my order andreceived no compensation for the inconvenience. I get home, no hard shell taco, no chips, no cheese. So I am missing half theitems I PAID for, after waiting an hour. Got there at 9:27, left at 10:20. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I have been sitting in this drive thru for 20 minutes +. The customer service and time it is taking is... unacceptable. Never had as bad of an experience as I've had at this Taco Bell. They completely got my order wrong and refused to correct it... after I showed receipt and missing items... After I asked for the items I payed for when they MISSED it, they then tell me thatthey cannot do anything or refund me. Very disappointed with the customer service... not much else to say Read more

I'm done with this location and especially the attitude of the employees. For well over a year this place has been... deteriorating. Except for a rare few (that you never see but 1-2 times) the people here are rude, lazy and couldn't care lessabout doing their jobs. THe drive through is absurdly slow. Around 75% of the time orders are not filled correctly. A LOT oftheir people have serious attitude problems. The person working the drive through window today never said a word and just gave anasty facial expression during the transaction. I'm nice and polite so I can assume the rudeness was because I'm white. Anddon't buy into the lie that "it's hard to find good help". Chik-fil-A has exceptional service, great food, 100% order accuracyand great friendly people. As bad as things are, I've come to wonder about the food I'm handed . . . Read more
