Awful service! I went through the drive thru and was told mobile orders only so I parked to try and order. As I?m sitting there... I had my windows down so I could hear them taking orders from cars that came after me. I went ahead to try to order at thewindow and she took my order. When I get my box, my fries are cold. I picked up a 12 pack of tacos on my way home. First off the price charged was about $3 more than listed on the menu. When I... pulled up and was told the total, I questioned it and got a super rude "I don't know I don't set the price here". You might hateyour job, but no need to take it out on me when I simply point out an error on your menu. Then we I started reading the tacosthey tasted old and were super soggy. This is the second time I had a terrible experience at this taco bell and will do my bestnot to go back. Read more
In line now. Only me and one other car. No one says anything when I pull up for 3 minutes. Monica (according to the receipt)... taking the orders is really rude and nonchalant. Attitude when ordering, after I had to say hello to get someone's attention toorder she says you can go ahead and order. Then misheard me and still talking with such an attitude. I am very understanding ofhow demanding it is working in fast food but the overall experience with the driver thru cashier sucked, from ordering topaying, to getting my food. Two stars goes to the food and whoever made my pizza. On point. Very polite and attentive. Afterreading a few more reviews, I'm wondering why that person is still working there. Friendly staff and normal Taco Bell food. While asked for Diablo sauce, they put hot in the bag, so needless to say they put a... little extra in the bag. Not sure what year will finish all these sauce packets. Read more
