I?m not someone to write reviews every often but this is the worst Taco Bell. Not sure if it?s lazy staff or what but twice they... have said it?ll be a 30 minute wait for food. This location is frequently closed at irregular hours or having issues with their system and can?t take or make orders. I have... been turned away from this location more times than I?ve gotten food. When they are open, the staff is nice and food is good,but there is no guarantee it?ll be open when it?s supposed to be. Every single time I've been here in the last 6 to 8 months I pull up to the drive thru lane and the guy says the same thing... every time "welcome to taco bell I do apologize but we only have one employee in the kitchen tonight so please keep your ordershort." Or today he said "welcome to tacobell I do apologize but we only have one employee working and I just got a big order soI'm out of ingredients for about 20minutes." DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL. The customer service is terrible. The staff is really disrespectful. I placed an online mobile... order bc the inside is closed. When I get to drive thru the lady told me to cancel the mobile order bc they are not acceptingmobile orders. So I cancelled the order. When I was placing my order, the lady was literally yelling at me and saying how sheheard me say no beef beans instead. She could say it respectfully. This is the same restaurant that told me I can?t have morethan 2 sauce packets for my 3 times. I decided to give this restaurant a shot, but will never ever go again. Read more
This location is a joke, don't waste your time and money ordering food on mobile or going through the drive-thru. Every time we... have been to this location (today most recently) their system is constantly down or they don't have food, as we were toldtoday. I know it's not necessarily the employees fault that this is happening, but tacobell should be able to turn off mobileorders at the least so customers don't drive all the way there just to be turned away. This Taco Bell location is super disappointing. The staff is so rude. We went to the drive thru during open hours, one person... was sitting outside. Two others were inside sleeping and on the phone. No one took our order. The person outside said it wouldbe awhile because food was cooking..honestly I think he just wanted us to leave. Cooperate needs to do something. Read more
The lobby may be closed, but this was one of the BEST Taco Bell?s my family has visited and we?ve traveled all over the US. We... stopped here on a long road trip and we?re impressed by the quick service. They even got our large order right, and the food washot! Oh, and let me tell you about the amount of stuffing they put in the chicken quesadillas! I?ve never had my quesadillafilled with so much yummy chicken and cheese! I was super happy. No receipt given in drive thru 9/16 @ 11:50am. I got charged $7.72 for a Chicken Chalupa Supreme and a hard taco. Not only does... the math not add up and no receipt; but the hard taco was stale. Spat it out and couldn't eat it. Read more
