I?m not someone to write reviews every often but this is the worst Taco Bell. Not sure if it?s lazy staff or what but twice they... have said it?ll be a 30 minute wait for food. This location is frequently closed at irregular hours or having issues with their system and can?t take or make orders. I have... been turned away from this location more times than I?ve gotten food. When they are open, the staff is nice and food is good,but there is no guarantee it?ll be open when it?s supposed to be. Every single time I've been here in the last 6 to 8 months I pull up to the drive thru lane and the guy says the same thing... every time "welcome to taco bell I do apologize but we only have one employee in the kitchen tonight so please keep your ordershort." Or today he said "welcome to tacobell I do apologize but we only have one employee working and I just got a big order soI'm out of ingredients for about 20minutes." DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL. The customer service is terrible. The staff is really disrespectful. I placed an online mobile... order bc the inside is closed. When I get to drive thru the lady told me to cancel the mobile order bc they are not acceptingmobile orders. So I cancelled the order. When I was placing my order, the lady was literally yelling at me and saying how sheheard me say no beef beans instead. She could say it respectfully.
