They put raw bacon on my sandwich. This is my second time ordering from this location (first time was perfectly fine, 5 stars... for that), so I'm not sure if this is an isolated incident or not. However, this is a major food safety issue that shows animmense lack of respect from employees. I'm not sure no one likes working in food service but there's no excuse for this safetyissue. Got a ham and cheese sandwich here Saturday afternoon. I usually go to the Subway on Windy Hill which I like but I was coming... back down Cobb Parkway today and this store is right off the road. How much different can they be, right? The staff wasfriendly. Got my sandwich and took it home five muntes away. I ate it as soon as I got home but forty minutes later felt so sickI could not leave the bathroom. Worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. Finally am feeling a little better now but eventhe thought of the food there makes me sick again. Not sure if it was the ham or one of the vegetables but something was really,really bad. Stay away. There clearly are some food safety issues with this store. I filed a complaint with the Health Dept toget it checked out and am checking to see who at corporate to contact. It is disappointng as I never have had a bad experiencewith any other Subway before. Read more

I was there this weekend on Sunday and the gentleman working the line was on it. Had a line of 50+ military members lined up and... he was able to get their orders and their sandwiches bagged extremely fast. Good to see good work ethic in fast food. Read more

I?m absolutely just as disgusted in the service I received from the workers AND manager as I was in my FOOD. I was... inconvenienced TWO days in a row with ROCK HARD bread that I did NOT get toasted. I tipped the worker and requested for noreceipt. I pulled off and took a bite of my sandwich immediately biting into the hardened bread. I call them and let them know Ican not turn around or come back. The manager gives me a call, he was EXTREMELY RUDE. He requested for me to bring the sandwichback. Which is an inconvenience for me to keep these sandwiches in my car and tote them around JUST TO BE THROWN AWAY UPONARRIVAL. I go to that subway all the time and always tip. Although never getting the greatest of service. Asking for everyone?sname I spoke with. NO ONE would give me their name. The manager cut me off and was as rude as they get. I would like corporateto handle this situation accordingly. This is not how you treat RETURNING guest. I?m disgusted in the behavior that was given tome along with the animal like treatment and attitude. This place gets a 0 star rating and I will continue to go the extent thissituation deserves to be at. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! Read more

Daniel is by far the best employee at this location. I come to this location at least 1 time a week and every time Daniel is... always smiling and in a good mood. Today I wasn't having the best day after ordering my food and speaking with Daniel and himasking abut my day, my spirit is lifted, having a positive attitude goes along way. I do hope he is or being considered formanagement as he is for sure leadership quality, Thank you Daniel . Read more

The staff was very nice and professional. I ordered the meatball marinara sandwich but the meatballs were not ready yet and it... was going to take ten minutes. I understand that things like this can happen in food service and I wanted the sandwich so Idecided to wait. The two employees working the sandwich counter and register apologized and showed they were truly concernedthat I had to wait that long and offered me a free drink or a dollar off my sandwich. This simple little gesture turned mydisappointment right around and I was happy leaving this Subway and I will return again. This is how you handle a situation whensomething goes wrong for a customer in any business. A week ago I was going through the drive thru of another fast food businessand after initially being greeted by the person working the drive thru and asked to hold on a minute, ten minutes later theystill had not taken my order and I had to drive around and give my order to the window. I received no apology, no offer, nonothing. I will not ever go back to that place again. Read more

Eat lunch here every day. It?s a nice break from the office, but also this is hands down the best Subway in the Marietta /... Smyrna area. Nicest staff I?ve ever met at a Subway - but also they are the most professional. They?re always happy and upbeat.Love this place. Read more
