I would like to give 6 starts. I was planning to place a catering order (30 meal boxes: each includes a sandwich, cookie, and... chips), a great way to feed a sports team or another large group. Store manager Mr. Kashem, and the franchise?s owner weregreat, communicating via text to accommodate the change in pickup time, sandwiches were very fresh and prepared just 60 minutesbefore pickup. Our order was 30 boxes and each sandwich was different!! The employees wrote the name and number on each boxjust as we ordered. I appreciate the service and cooperation. Stay away!! I would rather this location at zero if I could. They would not honor my subway rewards $2 off coupon. They kept... telling me I did not have rewards and I showed them the email from subway stating $2 off was about to expire and reminding me touse it before the end of the month. I asked to speak with the manager, who wasn't there. I asked for the owner's name andphone number. The owner lives in Bangladesh. They were not willing to give me the name of anyone I could talk to and just toldme to call corporate customer service, which they could not give me the number for. Also, listed on their window is a list ofsandwiches which this location (only) will not allow you to use a printed subway coupon on. Seems like this location may beunder new ownership or management and is not a good place to go anymore. Not customer friendly and probably not up to corporateSubway standards. Read more

If you want your sandwich order correct, don?t use the app! Just ordered two sandwiches and they were both made incorrectly. ... Mine was missing 3 ingredients, husband?s had 2 things added he wanted left off. Very frustrating! Especially since I orderedavocado which is an upcharge, but did not receive it. I would give zero stars if it were an option. Employees don?t seem like they know what they?re doing or how to make a sandwich.... I don?t think they even pay attention, and don?t even bother ordering delivery from them because you will get an entirelydifferent sandwich than what you ordered. It?s happened several times. It?s almost as if they do it on purpose because there?sno way they can?t read basic order notes. This was my ?cold turkey sub?. A toasted chicken sub with hot peppers and chipotlesauce that I didn?t even ask for. Thanks guys! Read more

AMAZING???????????????????????? Costumer service, store is SUPER FRIENDLY, and the general cleanliness of the store is mind... blowing. My experience at this branch was amazing I am from out of town and usually come back to this store for the greatquality food, the veggies are always FRESH. What brings me back is the fact that the staff get to know you on a one on one basisand welcome me and my co workers with the alter-most emebrase.
