I wanted a white chocolate mocha. It was terrible as if the powder that they used didn't mix or dissolve completely. It was... disgusting. I was halfway to my destination before I could really taste it So I couldn't turn back around and have him remake itbut terrible experience! Read more

We live close and go here often the coffee is always good but today service was slow and rude, we ordered 2 drinks on the app... and when I went to the window to pick them I stood there with employees glancing at me for about 3 mins, then when they opensthe window, waited another 3-5 mins for 1 drink. I guess there was an issue with the app where bc it was out of an ingredient itdidn?t order the 2nd drink, the girl employee was rude about it and made us get in the drive through to order the second coffee,drive through took almost 20 mins, no apologies for the wait. I understand stores may be short staff but that no excuse for rudecustomer service. Read more

I brought a friend here this past Monday and we opted to walk up to order. There were a few people in line and when our turn to... order came, the man at the window walked away without saying anything. We waited and when he finally returned, he asked what wewanted, didn?t ask for a name and seemed bothered by our presence. No smile and no greeting even though I smiled and greeted himwarmly. Once our order was ready, we went to retrieve it and when I asked for straws the man at the window immediately startedtaking someone?s order. He made us wait until he served the other person their coffee and sandwich before he even acknowledgedwe were standing there. I watched this man politely interact with everyone else in line however when it came to my friend and I,we were treated horribly. I hate to bring race into the equation but I?m not quite sure what else could have warranted hisreaction to us. I have never experienced that type of treatment at any Starbucks and it?s really disheartening that thislocation would employ someone who would treat customers the way we were treated. Read more

The staff is always super friendly! The quality of the drinks and the liquid filled to cup ratio has always been odd here. My... weekly commute takes me to many corners of Atlanta and I've noted a difference in the quality and quantity separation betweenthis store and say.... the Cumberland location. For any warm drink, there has always been about a 1 - 2 inch drop vs colddrinks which are typically filled to the brim. Maybe they are running a 20% off special. In a more literal sense. Read more

Fast and friendly drive thru service. No wait, easy ordering, friendly staff, my drink was great and my coffee cake was nice and... warm. The cold brew pumpkin cream is amazing. If you?re watching crabs get the sugar free vanilla instead. Read more
